Danny Philliskirk is a 16-year-old English footballer currently playing for Chelsea in the Premier League. He signed from Oldham for an undisclosed fee on 1 June 2007. He has been touted as a promising new youth addition to Chelsea's squad,molar and will complete a two-year scholarship with the club prior to signing professional terms. He is relatively unknown to the public but Mourinho promised he can cope with the league change.

Although many top Premiership clubs were fighting for his signature, including Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham, he decided to join Chelsea because he believes "they have a bright future and I would love to be a part of that."

As a youngster, Danny played on the streets with friends and due to the fact that his father is a coach at Oldham Athletic, he had the chance to join them.

He went to North Chadderton School.
