After feeding passports data, Passports were forword to Analysing department to send there passport informatoin to KSA & Receved their approvals for endrosment of umrah Visa on pilgrims passports.Analyser works on online Visa coressponding system which was connected to KSA Hajj Ministry.
Finishing of Visa Analysing process we received MOFA NO(Visa number) after 24 Hours. All Passports will be develivered to Subbmission Department. Submission department have task to ready our clients cases and submitted for Stamping visa in Consulate of Saudia Arabia.
On the next day we recevied stamped Visa from Consulate of Saudia Arabia. All Passports will be handover to Finance Department for Manage there accounts and delivered to our respected clients to move on to Holy Umrah.
