Darkain
is a C programmer known for hacking the Nintendo DS, providing many of the dumps which allowed Firefly to unlock the Ni-Fi wireless connection, and for his RM-X General Purpose Plugin for Winamp, and other media players. His work has gained popular interest including a Slashdotting in November 2004[542]. Darkain is also the author of multiple home-brew Nintendo DS projects including DarkStar a shell/operating system. Darkain currently runs the self-tilted website Darkain.com which prodides periodic updates of his projects.

Projects


Darkain has worked on and is working on many projects revolving around his RM-X project and the Nintendo DS.
More recently he has started work on a podcast broadcaster, and a PHP based picture gallery with a discrete tagging system.
