David Charles Levinger, born June 27, 1970, is an British businessman working in international finance, formerly Head of Business Development at Kaupthing Bank and as of 2005 Managing Partner of ITC Investor Services in Iceland. Levinger worked at Kaupthing Bank during a key phase in the evolution of the Icelandic banking industry that saw its expansion internationally, principally through a series of mergers and acquisitions. In 2003 Kaupthing Bank achieved the largest jump ever in the publication history of the list of Highest Movers in The Banker's annual list of The Top 1000 World Banks.

He graduated from the University of Oxford in 1992 with a Degree in Chemistry.
