David Corcoran is a South Carolina Chi Psi fraternity brother who alongside Justin Seay appeared in the film Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Making Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazkhstan. In the film he, Seay, and another brother pick Sacha Baron Cohen's charicter Borat up in an RV while he is hitchhiking. Borat begins to make racist and mysoginistic comments which they seem to agree with and after being edged on even state they would like a return to slavery, they also state they like to fuck girls and never call them and that if in Borat's county "do you own the fucking bitches you can do whatever the fuck you want with them huh". The brothers have sued claiming they were told the film would not be shown in America and that their fraternity and university would not be named. They claim the release forms they had to sign they were told were to absolve the producers of any legal ramifications pertaining solely to an possible injuries and that they were very drunk when they signed them. They claim the production company bought them lots of beer and encourged them to get drunk to sign the releases. They are currently trying to stop the DVD's release so as to not lower their community standing any further. They also say they were encourged to make pro-slavery and misogony comments by Sacha Cohen. He was interviewed by FHM magazine, where he said that when he found out after a friend had googled Borat his first thought was, "What if my mom finds out!?".
