David Mocatta (1806–1882) was a British architect.

Mocatta studied on the continent and in London under Sir John Soane.[1] He was the architect of the London and Brighton Railway,[2] and was responsible for the design of the Ouse Valley Viaduct.

He was a member of the Mocatta family. Mocatta House, a modern office development on Trafalgar Road, Brighton is named after David Mocatta.
