Decaydance Records is a record label based out of New York City. Originally founded as an imprint of Fueled by Ramen, it is now an independent record label 100 percent owned by Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy and partners. The sister company of Decaydance Records is Clandestine Industries. Its distributing label is Atlantic Records which is owned by Providence Equity Partners, Providence and Atlantic are not the owners of Decaydance, but are hired by Decaydance for distribution.
