Deep Cove Chalet is located in Deep Cove situated on the tip of the Saanich Peninsula on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. The chalet is owned by French Chef named Pierre who has had the chalet since the 1970's. Enjoy classic French countryside cuisine, as well as seafood dishes and daily seafood catches (although often not of local origin). The menu rarely changes, lacks seasonal variety, but is of the highest standard. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the outside patio overlooking beautiful Deep Cove with its protected waters and west view sunsets. Be prepared to spend some serious cash, or choose one of their four "fixed price" menus for a good sense of their menu. A huge winelist.
