Deepdale Duck is the mascot of Preston North End. He is decorated in the club colours of white, yellow and black.

Deepdale is not restricted to the confines of Deepdale, and is often seen at away grounds. He was present at the playoff final at the Millennium Stadium Cardiff in 2005, which PNE lost. He regularly visits schools and hospitals in the Lancashire region.

Deepdale Duck remains one of the longest established and most recognised mascots in the Football League.

Deepdale Duck spoke for the first time in the buildup to the 5th round FA Cup tie against Portsmouth FC telling all Preston fans to get behind their team. Preston lost the fixture 1-0.
