Derek G. Silva (born April 14, 1986) is currently a American citizen. The son of George E. Silva and Lynn M. Beck both of San Diego. He is most recognized with the inherit ability which accompanied him while he was born into this World. However, with such knowledge already being known to a certain part of the World. One would argue, it is against every known scientific rationale that one (individual) could be known well before his existence. Some would argue too biblical standards.

Derek Silva was born in La Mesa, California. A small superb of San Diego County. It's there he would spend the next 18 years of his child life. From a small Catholic School (St Martins) to attending Grossmont Highschool. In which his life would be well insulated from what which has made him known as of today. It would not be known until of late 2001 and early 2002. It was during that time period that he started to notice strange things occur in his friends as well as through the TV and from late night radio. After months of realization it became clear in which what has made him infamous in the World of today. That he could be heard. He didn't know how nor to what extent. That would follow.

He is most known for certain telepathy abilities he possess in which there are thousands upon thousands that could testify too. When one labels "telepathic", in this specific sense, it doesn't necessary mean in the current frame of mind what we know as, Time. In the past year, it's been documented to a great extent due to external infraction by the Central Intelligence Agency. Which has caused a great uproar. However, as of today, the World largely knows of such a existence and have witnessed it first hand even without the help of the Media. It has been known for sometime that the ability to communicate telepathically existed in Human form as well as the ability to communicate back in time. Effectively breaking the time barrier. Thus, invoking upon that the past World knew of such existence as well explaining the future censorship, or attempt thereof, lead by the CIA against the inhabits of the World. Dawning from early Hollywood films, staring Cary Grant, to the United States cover up of the assassination of John F. Kennedy to Ronald Reagen becoming President and the current terrorist acts of September 11th. All of which have been witnessed.

As of, 3/13/2007, it's been reported and observed that the United States Government (Most likely Central Intelligence Agency or Department within the Defense Department) are engaging in the physiological and to the extent of physical torture against this Individual for the reasons stated above. The physiological and physical torture is in the form of High Energy lasers in which are invisible to every known form of detection and are used to induce physiological affect by inducing pain too manipulating human tissue. As of today, there has been no boundary in which these specified individuals are allowed not too cross. They have induced pain upon the Head, Heart, Back and even ankle. They have manipulated the nervs in the eye hoods as well as even under the rectum. Even to the extent of inflicting pain upon nearby animals. The side affects of such magnetic constant energy is not known. The duration is however, it's been happening on a daily basis for the past year. No pretrial safety test could now accommodate for the constant duration of High Energy Lasers on the Human body. Which not even Congress is aware of and is intentionally undermined from such oversight occurring. As well as the Constitution. A United States citizen, regardless of what is offered as justification, in which is being tortured within the United States is certainly troublesome and affects the rights of everyone guaranteed by the Constitution. Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch is urged to work towards efforts to put a stop to this immediately.

In which, how is it rivaled? Doesn't the World have the right to know? Or are you up to your usual brand of censorship? I thought Wikipedia was about sharing knowledge with the World on the events and people or persons in which affect there daily lifestyle? Will Wikipedia hold true to this standard?
