Richard Adam Bielski (born September 7, 1932 in Baltimore, Maryland) is a former American football running back in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, and the Baltimore Colts. He played college football at the University of Maryland and drafted in the first round (ninth overall) of the 1955 NFL Draft. Bielski was also selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 1960 NFL Expansion Draft.

Bielski went to one Pro Bowl. After retiring, he coached the Washington Federals of the United States Football League for the final 17 games of the 1984 season, going 3-14.
