Richard "Dick" Raper is an executive with
Mars,
Incorporated. In 2001 he was named president and chief executive officer of Masterfoods
Europe, the European division of Mars, after several years as
president of Pedigree Masterfoods, Masterfoods' pet food division,
overseeing brands including Pedigree Chum and Whiskas.<ref>

food maker Royal
Canin from BNP

Effective January 1, 2004, Raper moved to the United States to take
charge of personnel for the Mars group and was replaced as
president of Masterfoods Europe by Pierre Laubies.<ref>
