Didgah (Persian: ديدگاه) is the major product of Chargoon. Didgah is a multilingual web-based software suite that includes solutions for Accounting and Operations, Purchase and Services, Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Control, Employment and Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time and Attendance System, Document Management System and e-Office, Scheduler, Task Management, Dynamic Form Generator and Workflow Management System.

Integration

In today’s competitive and dynamic businesses, integrated software environments have become imperative for organizations that need to maintain their advantage. When different systems are unable to share their data effectively, they create information bottlenecks that require human intervention in the form of decision-making or data entry. The demand of the enterprise is to share data and processes without having to make sweeping changes to the applications or data structures. With a properly deployed Enterprise Application Integration architecture, organizations are able to focus most of their efforts on their value-creating core competencies instead of focusing on workflow management.

Enterprise Application Integration has increased in importance because enterprise computing often takes the form of islands of automation. This occurs when the value of individual systems are not maximized due to partial or full isolation. If integration is applied without following a structured EAI approach, point-to-point connections grow across an organization. Dependencies are added on an impromptu basis, resulting in a tangled mess that is difficult to maintain.

Offline Access and Mobility

This is another service that Didgah offers to keep users always connected and the data in their hands. Using the offline access client users may retrieve their information from the centralized system and take it with them anywhere and use it online or offline<ref> Offline Didgah</ref>. Using the offline access client offers users the same flexibility and data access as using a web-browser. Users may store their information into the client that is a Windows-application and use it even when they are offline. The most notable features of the offline access service are its ease of use and portability of all users information.

Being on road and disconnected from the business environment is not always desired. Being able to connect to business environment using mobile will improve productivity while need not to be present at company or be on the road travelling.
