DigiGuide is a popular television listings program for home computers, produced by GipsyMedia Limited. It is produced in the UK and runs under Microsoft Windows.

The main features of DigiGuide include:

  • automatic downloading and updating of listings.
  • different ways to view listings including on a grid and in single- and multi-channel lists.
  • ability to search listings by programme name, episode name, category and keywords.
  • default and user-created markers for highlighting programmes, series or search results.
  • reminder alerts on screen, by email and by SMS.
  • customizable appearance settings (skins), plus various add-ins and extensions.
  • ability to report listings issues and support via forums and email.

While the majority of British television and most major radio channels are already catered for, DigiGuide claim to support listings for any channel from any format, and encourages broadcasters to join the service. The program can also display listings for channels from other countries in various formats (for example XMLTV) using a converter. Users can also create and share their own listings to add into the program.

The software is available as a 30-day free trial. After this time it is paid for by subscription, which currently costs £14.99 per year for new customers (£9.99 a year for existing customers), plus you can save money by buying a subscription for more than one year at a time. It operates a referral programme, with the incentive of subscription extensions for successful referrals.

The functionality of DigiGuide is also available using a browser and on portable devices via the separate myDigiGuide.com service.

The DigiGuide team is based in the seaside town of Exmouth, Devon. They describe themselves as more of a family business than a corporation.

The DigiGuide TV and radio listings data, in a variety of formats and timezones, is available as a corporate service.
