Direct Access Democracy is a phrase coined to describe a participatory democracy subset.

In one form Direct Access Democracy uses technology to empower the constituent to be the final authority. Issues pending would be posted and available for review by the populace on a variety of technological media. The constituents would be allowed to participate in "representative" held referendums on each and every issue. A quorum would bind the representative.
