BUSINESS OVERVIEW

Dispochem Manufacturing, Inc. (DCMI) is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of biological stains for microscopy, medical and laboratory analyses; and medical disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite solution (bleach), glutaraldehyde solutions and benzalkonium chloride solutions.

DCMI is under the Dispo Group of companies which caters services for medical, hospital, and laboratory as a professional distributor of supplies and equipment. DCMI plant and offices are located at Block 11 Lot 3, Mamplasan Street, Laguna International Industrial Park, Biñan, Laguna with head office (Dispo Group of Companies) at Dispophil Building, Saint Josemaria Escriva St., Ortigas Center, Pasig.

DCMI is working in coordination with Multimed Industries, Inc., the sole distributor of the biological stains products branded as DistinQ Quality Stains. Currently, DCMI has 16 lines of DistinQ Microscopic Quality Stains.

DCMI continuously carry out extensive researches and studies to execute profitable business ventures to provide the medical and healthcare, and the same time, consumer sectors.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

With the growing demands relating to hospital and laboratory supplies and equipment, the Dispophil Executives and Administration, headed by President and Chairman Joselito L. Tambunting, planned, invested and executed the preparation and arrangement of the DCMI plant facilities to institute the manufacturing and production business. Dispochem Manufacturing, Inc. was established on September 16, 2001.

OPERATIONS

The company is organized in two (2) principal productions:

□ Manufacturing of Biological Stains. Stains are basically used to color and highlight microorganisms and other microscopic samples to determine and emphasize the cell shape, structure, and arrangements. Currently, DCMI has 19 lines of quality stain products for different analyses. The products, with the Brand name, DISTINQ Quality Stains, are as follows: Giemsa Stain, Harris Hematoxylin Stain, Eosin Azure 50 Stain, Orange 6 Stain, Leishman Stain, Wright’s Stain, Gram’s Crystal Violet Stain, Gram’s Safranine Stain, Gram’s Iodine Solution, Lugol’s Iodine Solution, Zn Cold Method R1 – Carbol Fuchsin, Zn Cold Method R2 – Decolorizer, Zn Hot Method – Carbol Fuchsin, Zn Hot Method – R2 Decolorizer, Zn Hot Method R3 – Methylene Blue, and Buffer solutions.

□ Manufacturing of Disinfectants. Disinfectants are chemical agents used to control the growth and population of microbes on both living and inanimate objects and reduce them to safe levels. DCMI is currently developing, researching, and venturing products such as sodium hypochlorite solution (bleach), glutaraldehyde solutions, and phenolic solutions.
