Djuan Edgerton
Djuan Edgerton (b. 1976), the highly successful businessman, grew up in Beverly Hills, CA. Although his family was not as wealthy as his counterparts, he still enjoyed the same opportunities and privileges of his community. He attended El Rodeo School and Beverly Hills High School with many notable celebrities such as Jermaine Jackson, Jr., actress Angelina Jolie, Disney screenwriter Andrew Ungvari, Los Angeles and Miami nightclub magnate Sam Nazarian, and hip hop producer Alchemist.

Djuan began his first business at at the age of 13 with financing from his mother. This sparked his entrepreneural spirit and he began to embark on several business ventures.

Edgerton has lived in Los Angeles, Atlanta,Tennessee, Hawaii, and New Orleans.He attributes much af drive and business savvy to those early days in Beverly Hills and it is the focus of a upcoming book, "South of Sunset: A Memoir of Sacrifice and Success."

Most notably, Djuan Edgerton co-founded No Limit Communications, a fully integrated telecommunications company, with rap mogul Master P in 2000. That later sparked the development of Rush Communications, a collaboration with V-Tech, led by Russell Simmons of Phat Farm and Def Jam.

Edgerton has parlayed his highly visible entertainment interest into several successful nightclubs, artist management companies, and one of New Orleans top graphic design companies, Quality Graphics, LLC. Quality Gaphics has recently relocated to Franklin, TN. One of Edgerton's companies (Legacy Artist Management) has managed artist for several top record labels including: Priority Records and Cash Money / Universal Records.

Edgerton is a graduate of University of New Orleans(1999), with a BA in Communications and English. Djuan also attenged Georgia State University and Darryl S. Brister Theological Seminary pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies. He has held positions with the Tribune Company andCNN / Sports Illustrated, a Time Warner Company, and Atlanta Committe of the Olympic Games (1996 Summer Olympics).

Edgerton is many times referred to as the "real" Millionaire Next Door and accredits his success to faith in God, helping others, and saving every penny. Djuan says, " While my compettion celebrated their success with buying the latest Mercedes, I saved every dollar by living in my one bedroom apartment and driving my legendary '97 Expedition, and it paid off in a major way."

Edgerton oversees entertainment companies with financial interest estimated at nearly $10 million. He is currently CEO of B and E Investments,LLC and SKYBAR Entertainment, which owns Skybar New Orleans - a three level, trendy nightspot. SkyBar New Orleans has hosted several top star studded bashes with a guest list that has included: Jamie Foxx, LL Cool J, Common, Luke (Luther Campbell), Lil Wayne, Magic Johnson, Alicia Keys, De La Soul, Nine Inch Nalils, and more.

Djuan Edgerton's upcoming project is a multi-million dollar, entertainment complex targeted toward producing positive youth oriented events. This project is a collaboative effort between Edgerton and local non-profits to help mentor inner-city teens in the area of enterpreneurship. The project is cuurrently in development and slated to open in Fall 2007. When he's not "creating opportunities", Djuan enjoys volunteering as a coach for the Upward Youth Basketball League and prayer counselor at a television ministry.
