"Do I Have to Say the Words?" is a rock song written by Bryan Adams, Robert Lange and Jim Vallance for Adams sixth studio album Waking Up the Neighbours (1991). It was the fifth single released from this album. The song became one of the biggest chart successes of Adams. It peaked at 6 on Canada with 15 weeks on chart and at 6 at Billboard Hot 100 (20 weeks on chart) and song became one of the most-listening songs of the year. Song won SOCAR award.
