History

The album has been almost six years in the making, and was originally to be released under the titles of "Nightmares" (2005) and "Both Sides Of The Fence" (2007). In 2008, Fate announced that the album was to come out on August, the first single being "She's A Lil' Freak". However, the album was pushed back once again, and the original first single is believed to have been scrapped.

Current status

As of 2009, the album is schedulded to be released in November (according to Lil Fate's Twitter page). It appears that the album name has again been changed, "Str8 Drop" being the new title. First single is now "Mind Blowin".

Guest appearances include Ludacris, Playaz Circle, actress/singer Drew Sidora, Bobby Valentino, as well as skilled newcomers J.Hoodstar and Young DC Sniper.

Confirmed Tracks

  • "Mind Blowin"
  • "Stop Begging" feat. Ludacris
