Doctor Who Online is a fan site originaly created in 1996 by Sebastion J. Brook. The site was created to give news for the famous,longest running BBC sci-fi series Doctor Who.In 2005 a forum was created on it,and has in 2 years registered 14005 members,and rising.Doctor Who Online has alot of artwork and talent,it has also been mentioned in the Sunday Express,one admin got to see the Doctor Who BBC Christmas Special Voyage Of The Damned before it was shown on BBC One at 6:50pm,and the admin saw it,thanks to Doctor Who Online where he does the world's most famous Podcast.

Doctor Who Online has also alot of talent which the admins are proud of.It has people who write fan fictions,one certain member even wrote a 61 page script in two weeks which is encouranging others to write them! It also has members who make fan productions then give the link on there to the youtube videos,some members on there mostly skillfully make videos on youtube of Doctor Who scenes with different music,and alot of the time they're succesful with their experiments and the music fits quite well.One certain girl on there of the age of 14 has made re-creations of Doctor Who scenes and used programs to draw a dog version,and calls her videos Dogtor Who.She has made a couple of videos and is now going to be this year writing scripts for a Dogtor Who series which will not be re-creating scenes,but she will be getting friends round to read out line then she will put them onto Dogtor Who and voi'la,she has her own cartoon program.

She has re-created the famous Doomsday scene when Rose Tyler is trapped on a parrallel Earth and they meet for a final time in Norway.

She has also recreated the scene for the last series's episode Utopia where Professor YANA (Played by Sir Derek Jacobi) <ref>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derek_Jacobi</ref> regenerating into The Master (Played by John Simm) <ref>http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Simm</ref>.
