Documation[2096] is a software author and developer of document management and workflow solutions. Established for over 15 years, they have gained an impressive array of blue chip clients including: Marks and Spencer, Camelot, Carnival, Phones 4U, First Choice and Oxford University Press.

Documation solutions are highly flexible and modular in design, with an extensive range of API’s which enable them to be easily integrated with a wide range of line of business applications. Their enterprise wide capability ensures they can be used throughout the business in diverse application areas, from Accounts Payable to Human Resources.

Documation’s core product, Enable, is a flexible document management and workflow solution which is modular in design and can be used in a multitude of business areas. Documents of all formats are captured and stored securely in BIP 0008 compliant storage. At the heart of Enable, a web enabled workflow engine routes documents to the right people so that work can be completed more efficiently. The solution includes full authorisation capabilities, with monitoring and escalation rules. Documents are stored in a central repository and can be retrieved instantly via a LAN, WAN, remotely via the internet or directly from within a line of business application.

Invoice Management Solutions<br />
Documation specialise in invoice management and offer IMS, a leading solution for automated invoice processing and authorisation. IMS utilises workflow to automate and streamline accounts payable processes. Features include: automated data entry via OCR, invoice/order matching and discrepancy handling, web-based invoice coding and authorisation with sophisticated validation, automated monitoring and escalation, integration with accounting and ERP systems and instantly available management information. IMS solutions are designed to reduce operating costs, improve efficiency, and have a rapid return on investment. Other specialist solutions include: Correspondence Management Solution, Case Management Solution and Proof of Delivery Solution.
