Doe Ray Me is a diss track directed at mainly Ja Rule but includes lines directed at Benzino. The song is performed by D12 and Obie Trice. Bizarre is the only member from D12 that does not appear on the track as he did not want to get involved in the beef with Ja Rule. The title 'Doe Ray Me' – a term used for singing – insults Ja Rule as he is known for singing in songs as well as rapping. The song is produced by Eminem and appeared on the Invasion Part II: Conspiracy Theory mixtape hosted by DJ Green Lantern and bootleg recording Straight from the Lab EP. It also samples Ja Rule's earlier diss song Loose Change.

The song takes shots at Ja Rule's small height, singing and Ja Rule impersonating 2Pac in his music video by getting shot in the passenger seat.
