Dolly Kyle Browning is an
Arkansas native who was a potential witness in
Jones
v. Clinton, the lawsuit that gave rise to the
impeachment of President
Bill Clinton. According to Browning, she was
one of
Bill
Clinton's longtime girlfriends.<ref>

Browning was summoned by
House Judiciary Committee
investigators, led by chairman
Henry Hyde, to testify about her alleged
relationship with the President. She swore under oath to having had
a sexual relationship with Clinton from the mid-1970s until 1992
upon her
subpoena as a
material
witness. Her testimony before a
grand jury was not requested in the Clinton
impeachment
case.
In 2002 Dolly Browning filed her own lawsuit against Bill
