How it Started

Dominate started in 2001 when 3 friends were sitting in a room and one decided "Hey, lets get a video camera and go out doing random things". Thus, Dominate was born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada.

The members consisted of

Peter Holson,

Andrew Hyatt,

Shane Cresswell

First Movie

October 2001

Was the first time the group got together and raised hell in and around Sudbury, randomly asking people retarted questions, doing things to hurt themselves for pleasure and saying random things all for "fame and glory". Unfortunately, the video was only seen by all the members once, as the Camera man, who will remain nameless, accidentally recorded over it.

Noteably the stupidest thing caught that day was when Joel Quinn ran into an over head sign full speed saying before hand, "I dont know if this is gonna hurt but im gonna do it anyways!"
It went all downhill from there as all the guys eventually went their separate ways onto bigger and better things.

Tape Number 2

The boys all reunited for a special event, the bachelor party of one of the "shows" regulars, Joel and Ben's older brother Josh aka Soupy. Josh's best man was a Christian DJ from Southern Ontario, DJ Jammin' Jeff.

During the bachelor party,Jesse and Shane planned a special and MANly strip for the unsuspecting husband to be, and so that he couldnt touch their assets, he was forcibly ductaped to a chair while the boys danced around him.
This also marked the last time that they were all together for the joy of filming. The tape was shown at the Sudbury Film festival to a sold out crowd, and it gained the most pointless video award, the boys were honored to accept it from the Mayor

Where are they Now?

Jesse McGee aka Sneaky J is currently training to become a police officer, and may or may not live in Toronto. After all those naked dances, hes ready to bring scum like the Dominate boys down.

Joel Quinn aka JQ after numerous career idea changes about 5 in total), Joel decided to pack up and move to Calgary where he currently works and resides

Brad Davidson aka Big B decided to take his career as being a chef over seas to New Zealand where he currently resides, however is planning on making a return to Canada to work in Ottawa after immigration screwed him over in New Zealand

Andy Rice aka Dr. Andy still lives in Sudbury and will probably stay there until he is old and brittle, oh wait, hes half way there. Currently done school, but will be attending LU in the fall to finish his degree in Commerce. he has a loving girlfriend, Andrée, and a somewhat unique style of humor. He will probably go the furthest of all the guys

Ben Quinn aka B3 also lives in Sudbury, and currently works as a gas station attendant and loves what he does. He is an amazing drummer to boot, so anyone who needs one, call him up.

Peter Rintala aka Rintala is a small town boy living in the cool Lively area, not much else is known about this degenerate other than the fact that he is studying molecular chemistry at the University of Laurentian

Peter Holson aka Pete works as a waiter at a very popular restaurant called Respect is Burning

Mark Versluis aka Mark is currently married and living in Colorado with his wife, Danielle.

Andrew Hyatt aka Drew got tired of Brad sacking him all the time and prodominately quit the group. Just joking, he was the lead singer of a band called Scarlet Tag, which also consisted of former Dominate crew, Joel, Ben and Mark. They split up and he is currently trying to form a new band.

Shane Cresswell aka Shane is the black sheep of the group, whether it be going to Tim Hortons dressed in only a construction vest and track pants, to running around the boardwalk with his friar tuck type haircut. Currently it is not known what he is doing, he may or may not be in jail

Another Reunion in the works?

There has been much speculation as to whether or not the boys would come together to make one last film. Perhaps take it abroad and go to different parts of Canada to film. Even though many of the members have gone away, they remain confident that one more movie will be made in the summer of 2006
