Don M. Wilson III (born 1948) is an American banker and risk specialist. He was appointed as chief risk officer with JPMorgan Chase in 2003[1] [2] and retired in 2006.[3] [4]

On March 28, 2008, Bank of Montreal, which is also known as BMO Financial Group, announced that Wilson had been appointed to its board of directors.[5] [6]

A native of Ravenna, Ohio, he was inducted into the community's Ravenna Raven Hall of Fame in 1992.[7]

He is also a director of Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, Inc. [8] [9] and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations [10]. He has served as a trustee of St. Bernard's School, a boys' private school in New York which two of his children attended.[11]

He has a bachelor's degree from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College. He married Lynn Suzanne Byron in 1984 and had three children: James Matthew, Charlotte Suzanne, and Robert Ross.
