Dondria Nicole Fields aka Phatfffat, or Dondria (born January 6, 1987 in Dover, OK) is a contemporary R&B singer. She is currently signed to So So Def Recordings.

Dondria was discovered on YouTube by So So Def founder Jermaine Dupri. She was raised in Texas and began singing at a young age in her church choir, who her friend David kept asking her to join with him. In 2006 she created a YouTube channel called Phatfffat to showcase her singing talent, and after building a sizable following online, she was contacted by Dupri, who flew her out to Atlanta and offered her a recording contract with So So Def/Island Def Jam. She made her recording debut on the label in 2008 with the single "Can't Stop", produced by Dupri and co-written by label-mate Chrisette Michele. Her full-length album debut, tentatively titled Dondria vs. Phatfffat, was scheduled for release early 2010 after being pushed back from its original street date in July 2008. Her new single "You're The One" was released on November 23, 2009. The single debuted on Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts at #100 and is now sitting at #35. It's also charted at #21 on the Christian Songs chart. Her debut album is coming out April 2010.
