Dot Jones (born in January 4, 1964 in Turlock, California, U.S.) is an actress and champion armwrestler who has had multiple roles in television. She was a champion weight lifter and female athlete of the year at Hilmar High School in Hilmar, California. She also worked with Hilary Duff twice, in Lizzie McGuire and Material Girls.
