doug ruby is a fictional character in a future book called the high school experience. he is known in school as hitler he is a teen in the state of Florida who can be a little annoying at times. he is always talking about how windows is better then mac and the same goes on everyday with a number of different students once doug has a thought in his mind he holds on to it even if he is proven wrong. he is known to think he is stronger them everyone else but in reality he cant hurt no one so really there is nothing to be afraid of.
