Dr. Lunatic Supreme with Nob-Cheese is the sequel of sorts to the PC game Dr. Lunatic, both created by Hamumu Software.

Like in the original game, the game centers around a bald headed man named Bouapha collecting zombie brains from the notorious Dr. Lunatic, who resides in a insane asylum and is putting together the zombie brains to make "Super Zombies".

The game has remakes of the worlds from the original game and most of the add-on worlds from before. There are also several new features such as the ability to collect candles which add to the total score and completion percentage of the level.

There are more monsters, music tracks, tiles, sounds, special features, weapons, and vehicles in this game than in the original Dr. Lunatic. The game also has a level editor so the player can make his or her own levels. Also, as of July 2005, a patch was made available allowing players to edit existing monsters by changing color, artificial intelligence, darkness, and name.

The game however took a sinister turn in late 2005, when certain views were expressed on Hamumu's forum. The views, expressed by a person known only as 'Nah, safe blad 819', highlighted the apparent racism featured in 'Dr. Lunatic Supreme with Cheese'. He stated that there was only one black character, which is indeed the 'pigmy queen', perhaps depicting black people as prehistoric and barbaric. He was later banned from the forum by the games creator Mike Hommel, with no further explanation.

Also in the hidden level "Jungle Paradise", the text embedded into a special effect which can only be accessed through the level editor contains the message "Niggers are thieves". This is an Easter egg in the game, and obviously reflects a racist nature. Most players cannot access this message since it is only viewable after searching for it in the in-game level editor.
