History

Dream Town Realty was formed by partners Yuval Degani and Avi Ron in 1998, opening an office the West Loop neighborhood , and by 2004 the company had expanded to over 50 agents, relocating its headquarters to their current location in Lincoln Park. Currently the company employs over 100 licensed realtors, and plans are underway for more expansion.
The companies custom home construction branch is known as Dream Town Builders, offering custom home services such as luxury homes and development projects, including new projects in the up and coming McKinley Park and Paulina Park neighborhoods.
