Everett Franklin Bleiler (born 1920) is an editor and bibliographer of science fiction and fantasy. He has won the World Fantasy Award for Life Achievement and the Pilgrim Award for science fiction scholarly works. He also co-edited the first "year's best" series of science fiction anthologies. He is also noted for two Hugo Award nominated works concerning early science fiction:Science-Fiction: The Early Years and Science-Fiction: The Gernsback Years. [1]
