Ealing, Southall is a borough constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.
The seat is currently held by Virendra Sharma (Labour) with a majority of 5,070, after a by-election on 19 July 2007, following the death of the previous MP Piara Khabra.

The constituency is located in the London Borough of Ealing in West London. It includes Southall and parts of Hanwell and West Ealing south of the Great Western Main Line railway.
The constituency boundaries have been changed radically for the 2010 General Election; Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common were previously in the Ealing Southall constuency, but these have been removed and added to the new Ealing Central and Acton constuituency.
The other Ealing constituencies are Ealing North, and Ealing, Acton & Shepherd's Bush.
The constituency has a high British Asian population; around 39% according to the 2001 census[1], the majority of these being of Indian origin (28%). The Afro-Caribbean community amounts to 8%.
