Eddie Davis (born in Dillon, South Carolina, U.S. on 4 October 1951) was a professional light heavyweight boxer.

Davis started his career by knocking out fellow boxer Otis Gordon in 2 rounds. His star rose with 5 more wins, but his streak ended after coming to a draw with Mario Rosa. He won 4 more fights, but then lost to Marvin Johnson. Later he was KOd by Pete McIntyre (11-11 record) and in his first tile fight by Dwight Qawi.

Subsequently, he fought twice more for the world title, but lost to undefeated star Michael Spinks 1984 on points and later to Don Lalonde by KO. Overall, he compiled a record of 34 wins (20 by knockout), 6 losses, and 1 draw.
