Eden Rebecca Sher (born December 26, 1991 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actress best known for her role as Carrie Fenton in the television series Sons and Daughters.

Sher has been acting since the age of 8. She has done some work for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Her other work includes a role in the short film Stuck and ads for Capital One and Fruity Pebbles.
More recently she has taken up the role of Gretchen in the second season of the Showtime series Weeds and she also appeared as a band geek named Jane in an episode of The O.C. She has also guest starred on Sonny with a Chance as Sonny's best friend who is visiting her on the set from Wisconsin.
Eden currently appears in The Middle, starring Patricia Heaton on ABC.
Sher currently lives in Los Angeles with her family and three dogs.
