This is a chronological list of Prime Ministers of Turkey, since the establishment of that position in 1920, during the Turkish War of Independence. The Prime Minister is also the head of the Executive Branch of the government along with the Council of Ministers.
Prime Minister must be elected by majority of votes in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey along with other members of the Cabinet.
