Equal Remuneration Convention, 1951 is an International Labour Organization Convention.

It was established in 1951, with the preamble stating:

Having decided upon the adoption of certain proposals with regard to the principle of equal remuneration for men and women workers for work of equal value,...[1]

Ratifications

As of 2009, the convention is ratified by 167 countries.[2]
