Erik Jake Knudsen (born March 25, 1988) is a Canadian actor.
Knudsen was born in Toronto, Ontario. He has appeared in several movies and guest appearances, mostly in Canada. In 2000, Erik got his start in a small part in Tribulation. In 2001, Knudsen guest starred on The Guardian and played in three other episodes. He was nominated a Young Artist Award for his performance. In 2003, Knudsen started playing the lead role, "Donovan MacKay", in the children's comedy series, Mental Block. The last episode aired on November 1, 2004.
Knudsen's appeared in Saw II as Daniel Matthews. He portrayed Dale Turner in Jericho. He made an appearance in Bon Cop, Bad Cop and recently appeared in an episode of Flashpoint.
He co-starred as Leory "Lefty" in the film adaptation of Youth in Revolt, released in 2010. He finished filming Beastly based on Alex Flinn's 2007 novel, which is set to be released July 30, 2010 and will co-star Alex Pettyfer, Vanessa Hudgens and Mary-Kate Olsen.
