Ethel Minnie Lackie (later Watkins) (February 10, 1907 – December 15, 1979) was an American swimmer who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.

In the 1924 Olympics she won a gold medals in the 100 m freestyle event and 4x100 m freestyle relay event.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois and died in Newbury Park, California.
