Evijärvi is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Western Finland and is part of the Southern Ostrobothnia region. The municipality has a population of 2,772 (31 December 2009)[2] and covers an area of 390.73 square kilometres (150.86 sq mi) of which 36.69 km2 (14.17 sq mi) is water.[1] The population density is 7.83 inhabitants per square kilometre (20.3 /sq mi).

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
