Dutcher says: "It's an updated take on the Lilith myth.
According to Kabbalistic mythology, Lilith was Adam’s first wife in the Garden of Eden. Adam didn't like her because she wasn't submissive enough, so God banished her from the garden. She's been wreaking havoc on earth ever since, and let's just say I was interested in capturing some of that havoc on film."[1]
The film played at a few film festivals in 2009, including Shriekfest in Los Angeles.[2] As of 2010, no general theatrical or home release has been been announced.
Evil Angel actor Kristopher Shepard won the 2009 Freaky Award for Best Actor.[3]
