Fabian Osuji headed the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Education until 2006, when he was replaced by Chinwe Obaji.[1] His dismissal by President Olusegun Obasanjo followed his indictment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for allegedly offering N50million in bribes to the National Assembly. The case was handed to the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) for persecution.[2]
