Fawwar (Arabic: مخيّم الفوّار‎) is a Palestinian town located six kilometers southwest of Hebron. The refugee camp is in the Hebron Governorate Southern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the refugee camp had a population of 6,544 in 2007.[1]

The camp was established in 1949 to accompany Palestinian refugees from the Beersheba and Bayt Jibrin and the surrounding area on 350 dunams of land.[2]

There are two schools in the town: a boys' school and girls' school with roughly 1,050 students each.
