Felipe Muñoz Kapamas (born February 3, 1951 in Mexico City, Mexico) is a retired breaststroke swimmer from Mexico. Nicknamed Tibio he represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in Mexico City (1968). He won the gold medal in the Men's 200m Breaststroke event at the 1968 Summer Olympics.

As of 2008, he is the head of the Mexican Olympic Committee.
