Fleischmanns is a village in Delaware County, New York, United States. The population was 351 at the 2000 census.[1] Fleischmanns is in the town of Middletown.

The area was privately owned by General Henry Armstrong until a confrontation with tenant farmers led to reform. The community was then named Griffins Corner after a local businessman. The name was later changed to the current name to honor Julius Fleischmann, a businessman who donated land for a park. [1].
