Fleur Maxwell (born August 5, 1988, Dudelange, Luxembourg) is a Luxembourgish figure skater. She is the 2005 Luxembourg national champion.
She started skating at the age of 9. She made her senior international debut at the 2005 European Figure Skating Championships. At the 2005 World Figure Skating Championships, she placed 29th. She qualified for the 2006 Winter Olympics at the 2005 Karl Shafer Memorial, where she won the bronze medal. Maxwell was the only member of the Luxembourgish Olympic Team at the 2006 Olympic Winter Games. As such, she was the flag bearer for Luxembourg at the Olympic Games.
She retired from competition after the 2005-2006 season, but returned in the 2009-2010.
