Four Trax is a racing arcade game that was released by Namco in 1989 only in Japan. It runs on Namco System 2 hardware and plays very similarly to the Pole Position and Final Lap series, except for the fact that it has quad bikes instead of racing cars. As with the latter of these series, up to eight players can play simultaneously when four two-player cabinets are linked together, but unfortunately MAME does not support this feature. As well as the usual CPU-controlled opponents, the players have to watch out for billboards, bales of hay, rocks, cacti and trees as they race around the track.
