Fox Crime is a television network, launched by the Fox Broadcasting Company, which airs across several countries of Europe and Asia, such as Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia and Bulgaria. Its basic programming include numerous television series, sitcoms and movies, among others, related to crime, horror and investigation.
It was launched in Italy on 2005, in Japan on February 9, 1998 [3], in Bulgaria on October 13, 2006, Portugal on September 28, 2007, Hong Kong on May 3, 2006, Singapore on October 2, 2006, and in Vietnam on October 29, 2007. FoxCrime is now available in the Philippines effective January 1, 2008 on SkyCable.[4] In Indonesia, the channel is now available in Indovision in the middle of 2008. Later, it was launched in Thailand on July 29, 2008.
This channel has been launched along with FX and Baby TV in India on March 25, 2009. Fox Channels India had got downlink rights from the I&B Ministry of India for the three channels on March 12, 2009. However India and Sri Lanka are now using the Asian Feed as of this time.[5][6] The channel will launch in the United States on May 19, 2010. replacing CNBC World.
