Francis Joseph Budd (born July 20, 1939 in Long Branch, New Jersey) is a former American football wide receiver in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Redskins. He ran track at Villanova University but never played a down of college football. Budd was also an Olympic athlete who once held the World Record in the 100 yard dash.[1]

Budd played high school football at Asbury Park High School in Asbury Park, New Jersey.[2] He was drafted in the seventh round of the 1962 NFL Draft.
