Frank Hornstein is a Minnesota politician and a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 60B, which includes portions of the city of Minneapolis in Hennepin County, which is part of the Twin Cities metro area. A Democrat, he was first elected in 2002 and re-elected in 2004, 2006 and 2008. He is married to Rabbi Marcia Zimmerman.
