Frankie Ryan Manriquez (born March 14, 1994 in Los Angeles, California) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Wayne in Higglytown Heroes and William in That's So Raven. After the movie The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry Frankie is quiting his acting career.[1]

Career

Frankie Ryan Manriquez made his debut as the young Arthur Spooner in the television series The King of Queens in 2001. He also has a significant role in the comedy Life with Bonnie playing Frankie Tenucci, Frankie is Charlie's best friend and spends most of his time at the Malloy's house. He contributes many funny anecdotes about his screwed up family. He also is seen in That's So Raven as William, Cory's best friend. Recently Manriquez will be seen in The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry as Albert.[2]
